Mid-term reflection

This year so far I have shown how prepared I am because I have always brought my gym strip and proper shoes. I have participated in all activities no matter how hard or easy they are. I think have shown my best effort on days we do class activities. The days I have struggled are on some fitness days such as the hill run.

I always bring a positive attitude to class no matter if it's a fitness day. I get along with everyone in our class.

On fitness days I usually push my self to keep on going and trying my best. My favourite fitness activity is loco motion because it's the one activity I can give my best I can push my self to the fullest. 

What leader ship means to me is helping out others,leading activities and setting up equipment. One person I think that has shown leadership skills in our class is Kiran because she is a really positive person and always willing to help others and set up equipment for activities.

I want to start pushing my self even more and start uploading more on to my blog. One thing I am proud of is that I am more confident and participate in all activities!

I think I deserve a C+ (%67)  because I haven't showed that much evidence of my work in gym class on my blog!

Loco Motion

For fitness on Friday we did loco motion in the gym. This is one of my favourites fitness activities, I gave my me best and at the end I was sweating and my face was so red!!

Dance week

During dance week my favourite dance was bhangra! Bhangra was my favourite because I am on the bhangra team and I got a opportunity to teach everyone else. Its also something I know how to do which makes me feel good . The hardest dance for me to learn was hip hop because the movement is very fast for me to learn.

Pond run

Yesterday we did the pond relay run! At first I didn't  find it as challenging because we got breaks while the other person is running but after a while my body started getting really tired even when I took breaks! But I pushed my self to keep jogging cause I did not want walk and I didn't have the energy to run full speed
