Evening walks

I have started to go for evening walks and it's helped me a lot!:) I go for walks 3-4 times a week and I have noticed after I have finished my walk I feel a lot better and changed up my mood if I'm having a bad day!  After I'm done my walk I stretch out my muscles. I'm trying to make a routine of jogging or walking because i feel very calm and stress free! Also I have more time because it doesn't get dark outside to early. After my walks I feel very dehydrated so I have started to drink more water on a daily basis. Just walks can make a difference to your body and your health. I'm trying to keep my routine going because I've notice the change that it makes to by body and health!

Kick ball

Yesterday are class played kick ball but in a cricket type of way!! Some people played soccer as well. At first the game was confusing for me because I didn't know the rules of cricket but slowly I got the the hang of it. When it was my turn I only got one point, on my second try someone caught the ball! Many people kicked really far and there was a lot of running involved! I liked this game a lot because there were no teams it was everyone against each other, which made the game very fun and competitive and there was no cheating. Also no matter what everyone got a chance to kick the ball! Id love to play this game again with the class:)

Fitness Friday

For fitness on Friday last week we did tried something new which was more like a fun activity rather than a fitness activity and I really enjoyed it! I thought this was very competitive because you are trying to throw the ball the farthest. You picked a target and you and your partner throw the tennis ball turn by turn to hit it at your target!! Some of the targets were difficult like my group tried hitting the sprinklers with the tennis ball when the sprinklers were on. We also picked the goal post on the lower field as our  target and many small things that were hard to hit! I hope we do this activity again because everyone is participating and having fun. If people aren't enjoying the game then it's not fun for anyone and it makes you not want to play the game.There was a lot of running involved in this game because your partner has to run after you throw the ball,I found this game very competitive !:)

Yoga

Last week on Tuesday we had choice fitness and I chose to do yoga! I usually don't do yoga but this time I wanted to try it out!! I thought yoga is really easy and you don't have to put to much energy into it but I was wrong!! yoga is one of the most tiring workout I have done. I found it very hard because staying in one positions for a long time was very hard! And my balancing skills were not the best either. Every time I would try to balance on one foot I would fall each time!! I tried my best to stay calm and focus on balancing and sticking in one position for a minute or two! I modified my position so I can do it! A lot of people underestimate yoga because they think you just stand there and practice balancing but yoga is tiring and after we did the workout my legs were very sore. I highly recommend people to try new things even though you might not be good at it! I still am not good at yoga but I like it because helps me stay calm.

Loco motion

Yesterday for fitness we did loco motion in the field. This is one of my favourite fitness workout because it's doesn't only focus on one particular part of your body and focus's on everything. It starts of fine when it's only 30 seconds but when it gets to a minute it get a bit more intense.
