Interim Post Dilraj Chahal

These couple months of gym have been great. I have been trying to improve my fitness level and trying to push myself to do even better. In the beginning of school my fitness level was very low, but past these 2 months I have improved but I have not reached my goal yet of my fitness level. My favorite thing about gym class is participating with the class and doing fun activities. My goal is to get my  beep test level higher. I need to achieve this goal my pushing my self to do better and trying not to take as many breaks.I think I should get a G for this interim because I participate I have not missed any days of gym class and I always have my gym strip also I bring a good energy to class.

dilraj active learning.

Grade 8 has been amazing this semester! Since it was my first year in high school i really enjoyed it. In gym class i have worked really hard and i have improved a lot. In gym class my fitness level has improved. In the beginning of the year my fitness level was really low and now it has improved a lot. Because of fitness i am more fit and i have been eating healthier. I have enjoyed doing fitness because it helps keep my body running. I know sometimes in fitness i would not try my best because i get tired very easily. Other things that i loved about gym class was i met a lot of new people and we did many fun activities! In the beginning of the year i was not putting thatt much effort in my fitness. Around the end of the year i have got more encouragement that has pushed me to do better. I think i should get a B in gym class because of all these reasons :)

On fitness in Tuesday I did try. Although I had stopped 3 times to take a break. I know I should of kept on trying on not stop to take a break. Next time i will try not to take breaks.

Active learning was very exciting this semester. I have always on time and was exciting for gym class to begin. I have participated in all the activities that we have done. Some days I didn't not try that well and some days I gave my best effort. I have struggled in fitness because I get tired very easily. On fitness days I have pushed myself to try harder. This year my goal is to make my fitness level go higher. The overall grade I should get is a B.

I think in this interim report, I should get a G. I think I should get a G because I am always on time for class, I always have gym strip and I am always looking forward to what I am going to learn in active learning.

Dilraj Chahal

Active learning was great this semester, I really enjoyed it. In gym I was not that good in the in beginning and I did not try as mush because it was kind of hard when we did fitness in the start of school, but each time we did fitness I pushed myself to do better each time and I did get better each time. Every class I have brought gym strip I have never missed a day of class and I was always on time. I bring a positive and great attitude to class and always looking forward to what we are doing.I think I should get a B because I pushed myself to do better and I have got better.
