dilraj (fitness)

On fitness in Tuesday I did try. Although I had stopped 3 times to take a break. I know I should of kept on trying on not stop to take a break. Next time i will try not to take breaks.

  1. So what strategies will help you keep moving rather than resting? Do you need to modify certain activities? Partner with different people? Set up in a better spot in the gym? Always look to work towards your best not others.
