Interim Post Dilraj Chahal

These couple months of gym have been great. I have been trying to improve my fitness level and trying to push myself to do even better. In the beginning of school my fitness level was very low, but past these 2 months I have improved but I have not reached my goal yet of my fitness level. My favorite thing about gym class is participating with the class and doing fun activities. My goal is to get my  beep test level higher. I need to achieve this goal my pushing my self to do better and trying not to take as many breaks.I think I should get a G for this interim because I participate I have not missed any days of gym class and I always have my gym strip also I bring a good energy to class.

  1. I agree that you have improved alot in fitness since the begning of the year and I believe that you will reach your goal by following what you've said; taking less breaks.

  2. keep on trying to reach your goal! Push yourself even harder on the fitness days instead of maybe skipping out on some things! Your participation in pe games is great!

  3. You bring a positive attitude to class. I think you can work much harder in class than you do especially during fitness days. I notice that you talk to Sherleen much more than you should. If you talk less during fitness you will have more energy for fitness. I see your work habits as Satisfactory.
